SATA recovery flux is a kind of flux used flux for recovering the entrapped aluminium from the hot dross outside of the furnace.
Appearance: White or gray white in powder
Application temperature: 700-780 ℃

Dosage
0.2%~0.5% of molten aluminium weight, adjust the dosage according to furnace type and purity of furnace charge.
Package:
2.5kg or 5.0kg PE bag , 20～25kg PP bag or 20-25kg cartons
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place with good ventilation .Original packing should be kept until ready to use.
Advantage:
- Exothermic flux. To separate the aluminium melt from the dross outside the furnace.
- Suitable for hot dross and lower temperature dross with different exothermic.
- After processing with the aluminium dross, there is less metal, increase economic benefit.
