Practice has proved that the hydrogen is the main cause of the pores in the aluminium alloy, the pores not only reduce the actual cross-sectional area of the casting, but also the source of the crack, so it is important part that removing the hydrogen during the smelting process.
SATA drossing flux is specially developed for removing the slag from the aluminium melt before or after refining procedure. It is for in- furnace use. The slag after treatment is dry ,loose, easy to be removed.
SATA recovery flux is a kind of flux used flux for recovering the entrapped aluminium from the hot dross outside of the furnace.
